How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for most items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns Center to initiate a request.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Zouk is proud to be a 100% vegan brand. We do not use any animal leather or animal-derived materials in any of our products.
Do you offer international shipping?
